Matthew Key, Partner
I have been practicing law for fifteen years in Houston, Texas. My primary practice areas include litigation, corporate law, contracts and acting as outside general counsel. My focus is to protect my clients against liabilities and unfavorable outcomes. When litigation becomes necessary, I seek to obtain a positive result for my clients as efficiently as possible.
Being a lawyer has been my ambition since I was a child—being able to protect and serve my clients is both a vocation and a calling for me. My other passion is of course my family—my wife Priscilla and my daughter Victoria.

What was initially intended to be a temporary position became a career and a passion for me. My husband Jeff and I have 2 children, Finn and Maisie, and a dog named Waffles. We enjoy traveling and sharing that with our children. We love to spend time at the beach and watching Astros baseball, Michigan Wolverines Football, and Las Vegas Golden Knights Hockey.
